Where do you provide service?

Barrie, Oro-Medonte, Horseshoe Valley, Orillia and Midland.

When are cleanings scheduled?

Main scheduling happens during the first two weeks of each month and is coordinated around your bin collection days.

Can recurring customers pay by e-transfer?

No. Monthly and biweekly recurring plans require automatic monthly card billing.

How do payments work?

One-time bookings can be paid by e-transfer. Recurring plans can be confirmed securely after booking.

How do referral credits work?

Monthly and biweekly customers can share a public referral code. A new eligible customer using a valid code gets 10% off their first eligible confirmation. The referring customer earns a 10% credit only after that eligible booking is paid and completed. Credits expire 90 days after being earned. One-time washes are not eligible.

What is the cancellation and refund policy?

Please cancel at least 48 hours before scheduled cleaning for a refund. Completed services are not automatically refundable. Concerns can be handled by phone at 249-288-7330 or email at sales@georgianbaybincleaning.ca.
